The Cut House - Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of thecuthouse.in and your purchases from The Cut House. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

We sell fresh, halal beef, hand-cut to order. Prices are listed per weight (e.g. per kg) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As meat is cut by hand, delivered weights may vary slightly from the ordered weight. Products are subject to availability, and we may update prices and product listings at any time.

2. Halal assurance

All our beef is sourced and prepared in accordance with halal requirements and is fully traceable.

3. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where an item is unavailable or an error in price or description is identified.

4. Delivery

Delivery is provided across Bengaluru as described in our Delivery Policy.

5. Returns & refunds

As we sell perishable food, returns and refunds are handled as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Cut House is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
