The Cut House - Delivery Policy

We deliver fresh, halal, hand-cut beef across Bengaluru. Every order is cut to order and kept cold until it reaches you.

Delivery areas

We currently deliver across Bengaluru, including Fraser Town, Pulikeshi Nagar, Cooke Town, Cox Town and surrounding neighbourhoods. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us before ordering.

Timing

Orders placed before our daily cut-off are delivered same day; orders placed later are delivered the next day. We will keep you updated on your delivery window.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on orders over ₹1,500. A standard delivery fee applies to orders below this value and is shown at checkout.

Freshness & handling

All meat is vacuum-sealed and transported cold to maintain freshness and hygiene. Please refrigerate or freeze your order promptly on arrival.

Failed or missed deliveries

If we are unable to reach you or deliver at the agreed time, we will contact you to reschedule. As the product is perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
