About The Cut House

The Cut House was opened in 1982 by Imran in Fraser Town, Bengaluru, with a band saw, a walk-in cooler, and one simple rule: never sell a cut you wouldn't put on your own table. Four decades on, that rule still runs the shop.

Every primal is hand-selected, and every order is broken down in-house — fresh, the day it reaches you.

Every animal we sell is halal-slaughtered and fully traceable. We never stock aged or frozen meat — your beef is cut fresh, vacuum-sealed for hygiene, and delivered cold. From curry cuts to steaks, freshness is non-negotiable.

Choose from tenderloin, boneless and bone-in ribeye, T-bone and sirloin steaks, zero-fat and hand-cut beef keema, boneless and bone-in curry cuts, nihari shank, marrow canoe and cross-cut bones, and premium marbled Wagyu-style beef. Every cut is portioned by weight — 500g, 1kg or 2kg — and priced honestly per kilo.
